Behind the touch
Aho
My temple is a place to slow down.
To step out of explanation or the ego

My work didn’t grow from one method or one path. I work with the body as a place of remembering.
It was shaped over time by my intuition, and later through different trainings, different ways of listening. What stayed was not the techniques, but the sensitivity they left behind.

I don’t follow a fixed structure.
Each session unfolds guided by what the body allows in that moment. Sometimes that means rest. Sometimes sensation. Sometimes deep emotion. Sometimes a shift beneath the surface to be felt later

This can be your place to land.
A place where the nervous system doesn’t have to do anything.
Where there is no story to tell and no result to reach.

Touch is quiet.
Attention is steady.
Nothing is forced.

You don’t need to understand my work.
If you’re here, it’s enough to arrive.

Welcome
