Accepted Answer

Yes, it's normal to experience a range of emotions and sensations during or after the massage. Relaxation techniques can release emotions, and you may also feel heightened sensations of energy. This occurs because in my massages I activate life force energy (prana) in your body. In my practice, you are encouraged to feel and process these emotions, as the environment is designed to feel safe and supported.

While it is possible to integrate elements from different treatments, combining them is typically part of a longer, more focused journey. For example, working up to a dearmouring session may involve preparatory sessions to help you gradually open up emotionally and physically.
