This method helps to liberate suppressed emotions, traumas, and blockages that can limit your sense of freedom and vitality, allowing you to reconnect with your body and life force energy in a deeper, more expansive way.​​

How does Dearmouring work

Acupressure Points
By applying pressure to specific points on the body, trapped tension can be released. The pressure varies depending on your needs and comfort level. This process opens up your entire energy system

Self-Kundalini Activation
Through gentle touch and focused energy exercises, I guide you in activating your life force energy. My approach emphasizes self-activation of your Kundalini, working to open your energy channels and align your Sushumna (central energy channel).

Unlike other practices that may involve the transmission of energy from the practitioner to the client, my method focuses on empowering you to activate and direct your energy from within.

Trauma Release Exercises and emotional expression
Gentle movements, breath, vibrations, and stretching work to release trapped tension and emotional blockages held in the body. As the session progresses, suppressed emotions—such as crying, laughing, or sighing—may emerge. Allowing these emotions to be expressed is a key part of the healing process
